Yes. Just set it up to be slave drive and use the middle connector. The end connector on the cable should always go to the Main drive. C:\

install it with the jumper on the back set to slave. boot up your computer and go to "my computer" it should be there as a local disk. if not, there will be a way to format it from "my computer"
