will it only undermine the public education system. Or dose it provide people with a way to pay for quality education for their children?

It's a GREAT idea. Public schools had better start paying attention or there will be no public schools. Plus, have you seen tuition at a Hebrew School?

Vouchers do not provide enough money to send students to most private schools. Families that can afford it will benefit from the added help, but those in lower economic families will still not be able to benefit. As a result the public schools will lose funding at a time when many believe improvements to the system should be taking place. My opinion is "against".

it is like a bait and switch scam They give the poor a look a a different education and then the poor find out that they really can't afford it and they go back to public education. Now the public education has the voucher student but the private school has the voucher money.
