It's probably a scam like the Who's who thing. Anyways i used to get those e-mails all the time, they were so obivious too, becuas ehtey would ask for my bank account number. Anyways, where did the letter come from? If she was from a third world country she'd be wanting food more than money, and if she was from a descnet country then she could just go get a loan from a bank.

Don't send it. I received a letter stating that a lawyer from Philippines wanted me to claim I was related to a guy killed in a plane crash 2003 and had no relatives, but I fit the profile, and age bracket, he was awarded and his family, of which he had none about 1.2 billion dollars, he wanted 45% I would get 45% and the paper work would get the other 10%. Of course HAD it been a real thingie,,,,,,I would go to jail for fraud.
I wrote him back and asked him how much money he wanted from me!...he never answered...mmmmmm wonder why? ITS A SCAM

Don't let her/him scam you. In my experience there have only been 3 types of people that have asked money from me in order to help them.
1. Family
2. Friends
3. Scammers
I suggest sending a letter to her asking why, if she needed the money so bad, did she spend the money for a stamp. Else just ignore her.

If you send her 25 dollars, then you should stop reading your mail!
This is a scam and rip off! delete and go on to actual mail!
If you don't know the people who are the authors of the mail, and you have not contacted anyone new to cause them to send an e-mail to you, DO NOT OPEN IT! THEY CONTAIN VIRUSES AND WORMS THAT CAN DO HORRIBLE DAMAGE TO YOUR PC!
