With Yahoo... go to Yahoo! Mail http://mail.yahoo.com/, and click sign up! Then go with the process of putting your particulars and preferences, and remember to select a name that is available. You will have a new email address in no time.
Same for MSN Hotmail http://hotmail.com/, and GMail http://gmail.com/ http://gmail.google.com/.

Depends on which email service u want to use.
For yahoo mail:
goto : www.mail.yahoo.com
find a link saying Sign up.click on it and then you'll know the rest!
similarly on hotmail.for gmail u have to ask some friend who has an existing gmail account to send u an invite.
