I'm a huge Dawson's Creek fan and watch the DVDs over and over again. I like the heart, passion, and love triangle/drama that was brought to the table with every episode. So, with that being said, are there any similar TV series out there that I would get hooked into just as much? Could really use the recommendation. Thanks. I'm looking for something I could maybe grab a box set of at Best Buy or Circuit City.

I have the PERFECT answer for you. It was on NBC a few years back and is a crime drama called Boomtown. Stay with me now, it's not your typical crime drama, the set-up is very different, it shows the percepctive from everyone involved like the detective, the reporter, the suspect, the victim, etc. I don't like shows like CSI, and Without a Trace, but it's nothing like that. The box set should be available at Best Buy, but I'm not sure, but trust me you'll really love it! My favorite episode is from Season One, Disc 4, Episode 14- Execution, it's soooo good. Oh, Episode 17 , Blackout is really good too. If you get the dvd, you might want to start with those, they'll give a good idea of what the show is like. If you're looking just to buy an old t.v series on DVD, go with Beverly Hills 90210. That was th HOTTEST show ever!!!! Trust me on this. If you want something to watch on t.v right now, I would go with The O.C.

OMG The 4400 is a fantastic show. It is a bit sci-fi like, but it truely is great! The third season starts tonight @9:00pm on USA. You can buy season 1 and maybe season 2 at best buy or any other store. It is fantastic and really gets you hooked!!

You've got to watch Grey's Anatomy, it has everything you're looking for. I was hooked the very first time I watched it.
The first season is out on DVD.
