This is a question about evolution. If you believe in creation, then it's the chicken and then the chicken laid the egg. If you believe in evolution, then at some point in the evolutionary process there was the point where the dinosaur became a bird, and that bird came from a bird egg, therefore the egg came first.
Do you believe in evolution or creation? Take your pick, the chicken or the egg.

simple theres two answers god created the chickens with all the birds one day or science tells us that the mutations for a chicken would happen gradualy in the egg so im betting the egg hatched intio a chicken

well christians always say the chicken came first, because god doesnt lay eggs, my mom always thought that was pretty funny.
