depends on how you define a computer. Much research at the moment is into massivley parallell computation. In otherwords, networking many 'nodes' together each of which all do a small bit of the calculation. If you class the whole system as a computer, then the most powerful one in existance is the internet.

*sigh* Why can't anyone take the seven seconds required to read a question and look up an answer to provide a mature, reasonable answer to a reasonable question? I just don't believe the amount of crap posted in the serious questions.
