For windows under START > Control Panel, you can see the option called 'Scheduled Tasks'.

What you have to do is 'Add Scheduled Task' and within that wizard you could actually schedule a batch file or a program to run every x minutes or any tim eyou wish, very simple.

Hi,

Under linux and unix, it's called cron. It probably comes by default on most systems. On Windows, you need to use task scheduler to do this.
