Try using proactiv body cleanser. If this doesn't work wear a shirt. Sorry I can't help much

Tea Tree Oil and Witch Hazel are good on the spot natural treatments. Just dab some on the problem areas and let dry. Most of the time body breakouts are caused by dead skin cells not sloughing themselves off and clogging up your pores so the best way to treat this problem is to exfoliate daily or near to daily with a natural loofah sponge. While in the shower rub the sponge briskly over your skin using circular motions. Make sure both your skin and the loofah are wet so it doesn't feel uncomfortably scratchy. Also make sure to use unscented and dye free soaps or skin products, also use an unscented clothes detergent as fragrances can irritate the skin and cause breakouts.

go to a dermatologist and they can prescribe you some antibiotics . they are pills you take once a day and they help fight bacteria and germs and make your immune system better. now they take some time but if you continue taking them they WILL work. there is also this stuff called Zoderm its a face and body cleanser and it works really good. There is also a cream they can give you too called RetinA micro it works way better than proactive. just go to a dermatologist and ask about these treatments.
I hope this helps you

You say you've been to doctors....have you been to a dermatologist? If not, please go, they specialize in skin problems.
Lots of people have great results from an over-the-counter product called ProActive. (Jessica Simpson promotes it). Here is a website for the product.
Good luck...

Wear a shirt. And if you are about to get some action. Just prep the girl before hand so she doesn't get all weirded out.

my husband has the same problem. if it is that much of an issue, wear a wife beater (tank top) or a t- shirt. or maybe the sun will help, and possibly dry out your skin. i don't know, i'm just throwing out ideas.

hmmm.. i dunno, that kinda sucks. maybe if you get a tan they wouldn't be so noticable.. just try not to let them bother you though. people will notice them more if you act weird about it. good luck about getting rid of them though
