im about 5'3", flat-chested and slim but have wide hips and a large backside i want a dress that will give me a bust and flatter my hips and bum. Any suggestions? also need help with the perfect prom hairstyle for the perfect prom dress

A prom after school has let out That is very unusual. usually proms are mid april -mid may!! where do you go to school!

I don't know where you live, so I cannot tell you if the store is near you, but they do have a website: www.wetseal.com has a vast amount of dresses. Another website is:
www.forever21.com. The promdresses I saw on these sites actually were decent in price.
As far as the hairdo goes: if you have medium to long hair, try a french roll. It is easy, makes for an elegant look, and would go with any prom dress. Good Luck
