Although I don't agree with the idea of you aiding this guy, you may want to call social services (or whatever they call it in your state) at the prison. They will be able to answer all your questions and guide you in the right direction. Good luck and make sure you keep those daughters safe whatever you do with him.

Most times entry into the sex offender programs only happens late in the sentence because of the large number of prisoners. Your daughters father should have thought about them instead of committing the crime. Do not put the blame on the prison being inconsiderate. Your choice of a mate created the problem. I hope you find a good way to let the children know why he is in jail. Perhaps some professional help can make it easier. They will find out and need counseling to deal with it.

uh no. Your husband, or I guess just daughters' father, is in prison as a sex offender? AND, the court has restricted his parental rights for supervised visitation in the prison? Yeah, in that case I don't think he should ever see them again, certainly not have any bearing on how they are raised. He forfieted those right when he committed the offense. Divorce the guy & move far away.
