This can be done either by having your partner suck and caress your breasts during lovemaking (don't do this if you are threatening to deliver prematurely) or giving yourself a gentle breast massage. In addition, in the last few weeks of pregnancy, you may want to try to express some colostrum yourself (which may leak out anyway).
