Let me get this straight. You married a sex offender who committed some offense against you. You had three children with him. Now he is arrested (for the offense against you?), and supposed to get treatment before he can see his children. Your children. Now, are you saying he has not gone to the treatment, and is therefore not allowed to see his children? Your children?

I suppose you may feel shafted, but it sure sounds to me like you were at least as much a volunteer as a victim. I think you'd better have a long talk with the counselor you were undoubtedly assigned when all this came up in court.

You are clueless!!

For the protection of the children they do not get to see them-just because you don't care they do!

What is wrong about waiting to go to class-what he has to have his desires fulfilled right away. And they won't hurt him!

You need class too-get educated on Sexual Offenders-they need help mentally and if you cover for him or excuse these actions--you are clueless!!!

To often Women out of feelings(feelings not common sense for the offender) refuse to see a nature in one that others saw. Don't turn your head and justify actions-face them.

Best Advise-He goes no matter how long he must wait. And you go to a class too.

you probably need to take you kids and get out of the marriage, because there is a possibility that he might repeat the offense sometime in the future with some other person. He seem not to be too eager to complete his treatment, and return home with you and the children so there is probably no other way to deal with it other than filing for divorce and make him pay children support and alimony.

your question is a bit confusing. Are you married to this person? (if so, why?) I hope you sort it out but I don't know what to suggest.
