No, not more. The uniform "indicates" character which may mean something to a woman. It also means the man in the uniform has agreed that it is possible to have his life cut short (bravery). The closer to being out of boot camp the more in shape, respecting and disciplined. That goes out the window soon. For ALL military.
Personally I think a cowboy on a wild Mustang is much more attractive.
And then there are those that dress in scrubs or white and give the impression of money. That kind of green seems to have it over army hands down.

because (depending on their job in the military) they are hard workers and are really great men... plus, i'm a sucker for a my husband when he wears his uniform.
nobody has been what a soldier has gone through. think of what some of them have had to go through in iraq--they're anything but spoiled little boys. granted some are cooks and clerks--nothing wrong with that, but an infantryman is a hard worker. any woman who wants to settle down and get married wants someone that is responsible and hard working, not some pansy goof ball who she has to do everything for and work to make something work with that person.
it isn't a matter of liking one over the other... some men are better than others, no matter what their profession. but, some men who are or have been in the military know what it means to work hard and take care of the people they love. they've seen reality and been through the hardest things and seen the worst things in the world. nobody can compare to that. don't get me wrong, not all of them are good. some are jerks, but that is any profession.

Personally I like a Marine. A Marine in dress-blues walks into a room and all the other men, no matter how handsome just pale in comparison. They are in good shape, have that nice haircut with the hat, the strong facial features they get from discipline and working hard.....they just have this magnetism that's great.

Yes it's true. Women like men who are strong and that protect her. Are you really a soldier? Women like men to have a good strong body and mind. That's the perfect man.

Guys in military uniforms are hot. Plus, a lot of guys who have been in the military are respectful and know how to treat a lady.

There is somthing about a man in uniform that says strength, courage, discipline, and responsible that is very appealing to women, including myself.

Of course, all women love a man in uniform, you can take an average looking guy and put him in some camos, and all of sudden, its like "DAMN, how'd you get so hot? " (but Marines are hotter!!)

uh, no. In fact, it was a real turn-off for me. But one New Years I met a soldier in Edinburgh and we had a grand old time, that at least made me not actively avoid them anymore.

in my opinion NO! i mean women like tough guys who will fight for her but if the woman isn't complex i would think that she would want someone to be by her as much as possible...anyways if the man goes into the army he might die! :)

Military men have muscles, and meaning to their lives. The pay is cruddy, but everything else is good.
