You can't just "mix the parts". It won't work. A jet engine is a different type of engine than one from a car.

There are all different kinds of jet engines, but they aren't meant to be mixed with other types of engines.

the fuels aren't even compatable. corvette runs gasoline, jet engines run jet fuel which is a derivitive of kerosene
