well u gonna need a palm quick install software on ur pc..and just drag the files(palm database files) into the software and sync it..thats all

Your Palm desktop software should have a feature for installing new software. I'm not at home to look at the exact commands, sorry, but they are on the pull-down menus.
Even if you synch to Outlook, as long as you have the Palm desktop installed it will put the new program on for you. And if your battery goes dead and you lose everything (been there), the desktop reinstalls everything, even your high scores on some games.
