There's nothing wrong with your age at all. While there are certainly plenty of adult actors who acted as children, for every Drew Barrymore or Jodie Foster, there are 10 Gary Coleman or Macauly Culkins.
Many actors don't start acting professionally until after college or even later. The key is not age, but work ethic. You can start whenever you'd like, but be prepared to work your tukuss off.
Hope this helps, and good luck!

David Krumholtz started at age 13. Hilary Duff started when she was really young. I say of you really wanna be an actor try getting an agent. But let me just say that if you make it as an actor. Be prepared to sacrifice you adolescence.

Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johanssen, and Mischa Barton are just a few that got their starts at your age or younger. Get into some acting classes, get an agent, and get used to rejection. Good luck and break a leg.

most child actors started acting before they could walk. drew barrymore started before she was 1, jodie foster when she was 6, sarah michelle gellar when she was 4. start training to be an adult actress now, but don't go into a tough business with no experience. see my answer to your other question.
