Am I supposed to weave yarn from hair and knit sweaters out of it? I am really wigged out about it. I have been scratching my heard over it. I am afraid of trouble looming ahead if I don't accept it.

You know, hair shirts were once the rage for penitent sinners, perhaps you could sell the hair loom to a convent or monastery. You may be stranded with this monstrosity permanently. You could get back to your roots and learn how to use it. Take good care of it, don't let it get warped or banged up. Hopefully, some will one buy it for a good price, and you can wave it good-bye as it shuttles away. Wouldn't that curl your toes? Woof! Woof!!

Don't split hairs over it. It's not a good style for you. Instead, decline gracefully and part ways. If you keep it, you may end up committing hairy kari.

Heirloom, has nothing necessarily to do with hair. It's an old thing handed down from generation to generation.
