Best friends share everything. Why not approach him together and see what happens. ;o)
Seriously though, Your friendship will always be worth more than any guy. I just hope your friend feels the same way.
Bare in mind he may not actually fancy either of you but likes you both as just friends.
Good luck.

It's hard to be stuck in a situation like that, but you have to make the decision about who is more important to you. You also may need to sit down and takl to your friend and maybe ya'll will come to some sort of agreement, if not, you just have to compare and contrast. If you think that you and the boys realtionship could get serious and last then maybe you should take a shot at it, but if it's just a fling, I would move on and keep looking for your prince charming!!!!

How about this, tell you friend that you're interested and may the best woman win. If you really like this guy and you and your best friend are really tight, then the one who doesn't get him should be happy for the other. If you can't come to an agreeance, that the other one won't be mad or jealous, then find someone else to like. Preferable, 2 different guys to like.

if she means that a lot to you forget the guy but if he goes for her get rid of her because she ai't a true friend.but first figure out if this guy is really into you or you might end up losing a really important relationship.think bout it and just talk to some friends and maybe they can help you because they know you and understand you better than the people on the internet.

If this guy knows you two like him, he probably enjoys the attention. But in reality you sound like a fantasy with him and her. Keeping your friend I would think is very important, but whoever gets him first, should let it be that and the loser just find someone else. And still respect each other's friendship.

You will probably meet a lot of hot guys over the years, but
you may never find a friend like this one. And what if you choose
him, loose her and then you find he is not at all what you wanted?? Good luck

The male equivalent in your situation is, "bros before hoes." So for you, "boys come and go but friends are forever."
Now, if this girl is really not your friend, and is someone you really don't care about that much, go get the guy.

I THINK THAT YOU AND YOUR FRIEND SHOULD BOTH AGREE NOT TO PURSUE THIS GUY AND CONTINUE ON WITH YOUR FRIENDSHIP BECAUSE NO GUY IS REALLY WORTH LOSING A GOOD FRIEND OVER.
