I've tried it and it didn't work for me either. Maybe try a little witch hazel on a cotton ball? Also the sun does help dry it out as well, but be sure to wear sunscreen. Good luck! I'm almost 30 and I still get them around that time of the month.

In some ways it works because it aids in drying out the skin/pimple. It is not a "miracle" cure. But used over a few days and the zit is zapped. It has to be a certain kind of tooth-past though I forgot what one.

Toothpaste on a face just looks funny. Try a cotton ball with a little hydrogen peroxide to clean your face. It worked for me.

Try Pro-active. Toothpaste is meant for teeth, just like Preparation H isn't for your face!

It is really effective for short term emergency uses on minor break outs. However should not be used long term it can make you break out more. And for bad acne it will not make a difference!

I've tried it because people say it's a great idea, but no luck. I find that hydrogen peroxide works wonders.
