Age Restriction
Yahoo! is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, parents of children under the age of 13 who wish to allow their children access to the Service must create a Yahoo! Family Account. When you create a Yahoo! I think the avatars can be interesting and represent a basic image of yourself as you are, or as you want to be, or maybe be totally different from what you are.

However, you should keep in mind that the Answers team has determined that some basic kinds of questions can be considered in violation of the community guidelines found here, http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_guidelines.php
