They can adopt children or get a somebody to give them the half they don't have (which is often a brother or sister to the other's lover which gives the kid both their genes), but I think it's better to adopt because there are so many kids that need good homes.
Also their is a breed of female frog that can have babies together and they are reseaching it for lesbian lovers that want children.

Adoption is a main option. Having a surrogate mother or artificial insemination is the other primary method. I myself would like to have a child of my own genes (but that's my conceited side not wanting to let them go to waste entirely).
There's also some very interesting work being done with egg/egg and sperm/sperm unions to create the zygote, so it's possible that in the future two men would be able to have a child of their own, provided they could find a mother to carry it.

Ummmm..anyone with a uterus can have a baby provided her eggs are viable, but us Happy Ladies often look for donors rather than a male partner. Happy Men also can have babies but not in the usual way. Adoption is the main catagory for that venue. Get it, got it? Good.

Just because a dude likes dudes doesn't mean he cant have sex with a woman if he or she wants a kid. Same thing for a lesbian. I think it would be easier to find a willing donor for it for a lesbian all they have to do is tell some guy they want to take him home and rock his world most guys would jump at the thought of two women at once. Hell I am bisexual and I would still go for that.

Yes, lesbians can be artifically insiminated. Also both gay men and lesbians are able to coneive children if they have intercourse with the opposite sex. In many cases gay couples are also able to adopt children, although this varies a great deal state to state.

Absolutely! Through artificial insemination, adoption, sex with the opposite sex (does happen for just this purpose..and no other), Surrogacy. Just cause we're gay doesn't mean we don't have the right parts...
