If you are referencing Yahoo's tech support, they are quite busy but are working as hard as they can to reach everyone.

If you are referencing someone else's tech support, you might try finding a contact number and calling them. Generally, companies will have toll-free numbers on their website under Contact or you can visit a retail computer store (i.e. Circuit City) and ask for the computer company's number. (assuming it's a computer software/hardware brand company)
