Hi,
As with most things like this, no one will be able to tell you for sure what this is without examining your tongue. Based on what you wrote, it could be anything from something serious to nothing serious at all (from what I saw on the Internet, probably nothing serious). I put a couple of web links that might help you research it some more. In the end, if they don't go away, you will probably just have to have a doctor or dentist take a look at them.
