I have russian torts, ive never heard them sneeze. but sometimes if i wake them up they will hiss at me as they pull their heads in their shells. im sure its fine. Just make sure his nose stays clear, because they are prone to upper respitory infections if theyre kept in an enviroment that is too damp for them. Good luck with him/her! :)

Turtles and tortoises will expell air through the nose to create a sound. They do this when they are disturbed.

Just make sure your Russian does not have a runny nose. If it has a runny nose, then it is sick and you'll need to go to a vet.

Cheers

yes most reptillia do sneeze sometimes. They use this to expell some types of minerals such as salts. A continuous runny nose though is sign of and infection or such
