The first poster was correct, Home Depot does carry them and will also tell/show you the easiest way to install them properly and the tools needed.

Either Home Depot or Lowes usually has them and you use the white nails install with the door down so the rubber is touching the door but not too tight

I just put new weather stripping on my garage door and they are very easy to install. Make sure you have the door down and the rubber is touching the door enough to seal. I used drywall screws to install mine but a larger headed nail works well also. I got the sealer at menards.
