I'm Supposing That You Have A USB Connected To Your PSP And/Or Directly To Your MemoryStick And Know How To Transfer Files..

Ok, Have You Put The Update File Onto Your 'GAME' Folder Of Your 'PSP' Folder? Actually, It Should Go Like This:
MemoryStick Duo - PSP - GAME - UPDATE
aka MemoryStick, PSP Folder, Game Folder, Then Make An Update Folder If You Already Didn't And Put The Update File In There..

When You Go On Your PSP, Go The The Game Column Of The Main Home Menu And Go Down To Your MemoryStick And You Should Find The File! Choose It And Follow The Instructions (note that you will need to plug your psp to the charger during the update)..
