Does a drug's being rated as "Class A" really guarantee better quality ?

Not at all, all of the drug companies are in it for the money now just like every thing else. In fact, I have noticed that most drugs come with side effects that cause other irreversable problems so it's even a toos up as to whether or not to use the FDA products.
