Depends on which religion you want to follow (or not)
Most religions believe the 'messenger' has already been, if you mean Prophet.
Muslims believe Mohamed was the very last Prophet, he was about one and a half thousand years ago, so that leaves a lot of folk who didn't 'know' any messenger doesn't it??
There have been many self proclaimed 'messengers' since then, but I don't believe any were sent by God, (including Jesus and Mohamed) religious Prophets maybe but their opinions are about as valid as yours or mine! And mine happens to be it is all complete BS.

God has sent so many messengers.Instead of following their teachings man made religions and designated messengers as GOD

let me get you straight...first you are assuming that god already exists... then you assume that he sent people who couldn't finish their jobs.. and now you are asking if the rest of the people need another set of people who couldn't do the first job would need to be sent or not???
i assume that god did not send anyone because he's almighty and can talk to anyone without the need of sending people... all these people who call themselves prophets are liers and i think you should listen to your heart..
