I was watching the Nascar race on Fox. I stepped away and when I came back Jeff Gordon had gotten into a wreck and was on his way to the hospital. I seen his car. It was pretty smashed up. But they haven't shown any replays for me to see what happened, or have really said anything more about it too much. They kept talking about the harness and head gear and all.

So WHAT happened. Who hit who? Is Jeff going to be ok??

He was going into a turn at about 200 mph, but his brakes failed. He went into the dirt then hit the safety wall. When he actually stopped, you could see parts of the brakes on the track. He climbed out on his own, but was taken to the incare hospital. He's okay according to them. They said he only has a bad headache. I can't stand Gordon, but I'm glad he wasn't hurt.

Jeff's fine.

No contact, his brakes failed and made the car swerve into the infield when he braked going into the turn. He shot through the field, back onto the track and smacked the wall.
