Why do the liberals hate America. And everything we do.?

The problem with liberals is they don't have a cohesive philosophy. They are often well meaning, but they have this childlike belief that everything could be perfect if we could just legislate this a bit more, forbid that, restrict this..... in short, liberals always think they're just a law or two away from creating perfection.

What they end up with is a nightmare, and then they get frustrated that all their work seems to be accomplishing nothing. So, as I stated at the outset, their lack of a clear vision dooms them to failure, and this makes them whiny and petulant.

Let's take some examples from a recent vacation I took to Turkey. The hotel's restaurant had a small bar. One of the guys working there must have been about 15. Liberals would be agast: "Oh no, you can't have this! He is too young to work, he can't be serving alcohol......"

There are often two sides to everything, but in this case, the boy came from a poor family (that's the norm in many overseas countries; wealth is the exception). He was happy to work a few hours a day. It helped his family, made everyone in his family happier because they weren't so stressed about money, gave him some valuable work experience, and actually improved his grades at school because now he could see what the working world was like, and this gave him the impetus to make plans for the future.

Imagine the same kid in the U.S. He's sitting at home, bored, playing Play Station and getting fat through zero physical activity. His grades are in the dumpster because he has no ambition. Since he has no first hand knowledge of the working world, studying seems like a big waste. "What am I ever gonna need math for?" is a common refrain. Well, the Turkish boy knew the answer to that, and he'd probably put the American boy to shame.

Remember this Ronald Reagan quote: "The government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it."

Liberals have this philosophy of "moral equivalency". If Reagan had fallen into that trap, he could never have summoned the moral indignation and resolve to fight Communism.

Liberals, especially the ACLU set, don't realize society can't function when everything is controversial; people have to agree on some basic ideas and values. When everyone can whine about every possible thing that doesn't suit his or her own selfish preferences, you are just creating chaos. Society can't function like this. It's like taking fabric and pulling it in every possible direction; it's going to unravel. There is nothing holding to together.

So, liberals hate America because, in their minds, we can never do anything good enough. Take the Afghanistan + Iraq situation: we are liberating millions of people from tyranny, giving women a chance to live normal lives where they can vote, work, and be educated. Do liberals ever bring up these points? No. Because they only look at the negative.

That in a nutshell is why liberals hate America. No matter what we do, they can always find the black cloud but never the silver lining.

Liberals hate that the Christian right is trying to take over a country that is supposed to have freedom of religion. Liberals love America and want to see the documents our forefathers put in place upheld.

WEll they really admired communism and the US was key in causing the fall of most of the communistic states. So they hate us and out capitalistic ways on principle.
