babysitting,
mowing lawns,
collecting and recycling cans,
dog walking,
doing housework,
fix it jobs,
ask neighbors, friends, parents and family if they need any help.
if you know someone who owns a business ask to help out under the table.
also selling things you don't use anymore on ebay is a fun and easy way to earn cash.
Also see if you can make a deal with your parents, grandparents, aunts or uncles to exchange money for your good grades, or pay you to read a book a week over the summer and so on.
all it takes is a little hard work.
good luck!

I would be careful of mymillermedia.com, for if you are too young to get a job why would they be interested in you???? There are age requirements for people to hire workers so I would be wary of their intentions. In retrospect they may be above board but why would they use Yahoo Answers to solicit a workforce, especially a workforce who says they are too young to work???????
You should do the things most young people do:
Mow lawns
Babysit
Help clean up debris
Things that help the community are your best bet to work for if they have any openings, or you can volunteer to help at an old folks home or a hospital to cheer folks on, no money but what the heck personal fulfillment is much better than an ipod.

When I couldn't find a job, I started looking around the Internet and found that I could sign up for survey panels and make money that way. It takes some time to accumulate but I have received tons of stuff, particularly money.
Here's a good one: http://us.lightspeedpanel.com

Babysit, mow some lawns, do some odd jobs like washing cars, and running grocery errands. My son is 15 and does all of the above.

Become a dog walker. Do something for your old neighbors. Ask for allowance if you do chores in your house.

You could sell something of yours that you don't want any more. You could ask to do some work for your neighbours, like gardening or cleaning their cars.
