I have no idea but my name is JOy walker (some people say JAy) and i havnt gotten in trouble yet

If your name was "To Jay Walk" you couldn't be brought before a judge -- because -- groan -- then the judge would be trying To Jay Walk!!!

If your name was Jay Walker, you can be tried as (a) "Jay Walker."
