the testicles are very sensitive and have a lot of nerves there. when the kicked in the the testicles , the impact is greatly huge. therefore causing the testicles to be very painful and will cause the guy to hurt and groan.

because the nerve supply to the area is extremely high relative to the size of the area
perhaps more interesting - is we all obsess on how bad a kick to the nuts is yet you are 100 times more likely to be badly injured or die with a single punch to the head!
the least dangerous way to end a fight (other then walking away) is to land two or three hard kicks or knees in a row (one wont do it) to the other guys nuts - he might suffer a bit of bruising but you are unlikely to be facing a murder charge!!!

Well...Just on the top of your penis you have more nerve endings then almost anywhere on a body.And balls are protected only by a thin layer of skin.

casue there are a lot of nerves in there adn when teh balls are smushed up against teh pelvic bone all those nereves freak out.

nerve endings - its all about the nerve endings...there are soo soo sooo sooo NUFF many plenty nerves in that area...that anything that is too rough can cause lots of pain....
Its like having all of your senses in one location...
