You don't say what the important information is, so it is difficult to answer your question. It could be lack of trust, but equally it could be that your spouse wanted to protect you from something. For example, if they didn't tell you about an illness, that might be because they did not want you to worry. Without more information I can't really help much more, but all I would say is, don't assume that your spouse's reasons for not telling you were malicious or deceitful.

If it pertains to his work. Maybe he's stressed and doesn't think you may understand.. If it's in regards to financial matter that includes you two. That means he's probably hiding something from you. I'm sure we all know that "Trust and Communication" plays a BIG role in marriage. without it, there is no marriage.

I would say that depends on what kind of info is she keeping from you, probably shes afraid of your reaction, maybe really doesn't want you to find out what shes up to.

They could be afriad of you or they may be hiding something that could hurt you. Of course we all know the smart answer would be to talk to him, but sometimes you have to some "SAFE INVESTIGATING". What happens when it becomes life threatening and they're hiding something. Check it out.

means theres a lack of communication for some reason and this should ultimately be avoided. this could lead to problems later. be honest open about everything

might be as simple as that he/she's not used to talking to people about personal stuff. talk to them about it and how u would appreciate if they share everything with u. if nothing works out, they might be cheating or doing something serious..
