well the thing is, back when Wile E was born his mother couldnt take care of him due to chronic drug use, she put him up for adoption and he was adopted by VERY wealthy yet unstable drug dealers. One day there was a drug swap between some corrupt cops and something went wrong. Everyone at the swap was murdered, except for Wile, who was about 15 years old at the time, he then took all the money and drugs. He sold all the drugs to underage kids and with the money he bought a casino from some indian. So that is his source of income.

He doesn't spend money on the ACME products. They're given to him as freebies. ACME knows their items won't be effective in capturing the Road Runner, but they don't tell Wile that because they love seeing him get hurt just as much as we do.

I don't know about money, but he must have a lot of credit. Not to mention he must be very popular in the return department at ACME.

he had a sideline business as a stunt-coyote... he seemed to excel at that. He also designed his own T-shirts; Coyote.com. Hey! runnin after a stupid bird doesn't pay the bills...know what i mean?
