Not before the governments of China, Syria, Egypt, Arabia, North Korea, Somalia, Lybia, Morocco, Iran etc... are on trial for crimes against humanity first.

I think that is the proper place to try him. He has committed many crimes against humanity starting with the rush to war without proper intelligence thou the slaughter of innocent civilians. He is the terrorist, the worst in the world at this time.
Do not forget that his partners in crime should be standing right beside of him in court Dick Cheney, and Donald Rumsfeld and Condi Rice should have to answer for their crimes also.

He should be there right along with Saddam Hussein. He along with Tony Blair lied to the world so they could get soldiers in to Iraq in the first place. Bush is doing what every U.S. president has done throughout history--helped keep dictators in power.

let's say that bush wasn't president of america. say he was president of another country. wouldn't he then be on trial in the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity or something?

I do not

First - He answers to us, not the world
I do not support any world authority

Second - He has not violated any of our laws
If we do not like his actions then we need to change his Congress
