seat the head evenly & press down in middle of head w/finger..lightly, tap at each tuning lug opposite of each other & tighten or loosen until they're the same tone, note, the bottom head should be slightly higher in pitch. for further specifications of directions, feel free to contact me at my email address.

by turning the keys on the drum head. Always work across the drum head, in other words if it was a clock face: 12-6, 1-7. 2-8 etc. Get a digital tuner to help you with the pitch. Good luck

You need a drum key (go to your nearest drum shop or music shop and ask for it), theres one for snare, and diffrent heads so you need to be specific you need to be like "Im looking for a drum key to fit/tune (or for) my ________ drum head (with if u use tune)", and buy it, Screw it and tighten it and hit it about every few seconds to the sound of your likely and until muscianly acceptable. If your legally blind at doing it ask someone cause i doubt that theres not a percussionist around. If you dont know of any stores email me and ill probably tell you.
