everytime I click on to a site my computer says "contact system administrator" How can I fix that?

fix it in the control panel..man isnt it amazing the administrators not only screw up your life offline but on as well.

No.Press Ctrl,Alt,Delete, then that opens the task manager. leave it open, and keep it running.every time you see it ,click on end task to end it.
