Smell, because you don't really need it and you can live with out it. I think the rest of the senses are more important.

I wouldn't want to be blind, deaf, or mute and I like smell something before I eat it. So I would have to say my sense of taste, they say most of it with taste is smell.

Sense of smell. Mine doesn't work that well anyway, I have a lot of sinus trouble. :-(
