I don't think it's something that can be installed or un-installed. Just stop coming to Yahoo! Answers if you don't like it.

Right click on the Yahoo toolbar, choose the Add/Edit buttons and uncheck the Answers, it will not uninstall it, since it's a web page, but at least you will not hit the answers button by accident

there is no way Yahoo! is not a program it is a web site oh how We wish deleting web sites was that easy!!
Just don't come back any more! but I'm sure you will be greatly missed!!

Answers is not a program. It is a website. Websites can not be uninstalled.
