Your friend is right.

Most people are too brainwashed to think for themselves.

Ponder this..in the years 1900 to 1950...How far did the world advance technologically?

Very Far

Look around and see we are still driving cars and flying planes..it doesn't add up..unless someone is hiding technology.

Cloud seeding is actually a fact and an INDUSTRY.

For more sinister purposes look up Scalar Technology.

Hurricane Katrina, The 2004 Tsunami..it was created by man..not nature.

People are clueless.

Oooookaaay... Your friend may be high. If the government controlled the weather, why would tornados etc happen? They cost so much to recover from. That's a little far out, to be honest.

Your friend is right, If governments don't start taking global warming seriously and do something about it in 100 or so years much of the land mass people live on now might be covered by sea (NY, London etc)

I think the government could control the weather. I can't tell you how because I don't have the security clearance ;-)

Yes, it's possible. However, the US government will tell you that they won't be using it for military purposes since they signed a treaty not to use this technology (part of the Star Wars programme) that way.
