cool seal or liqued asfalt, comes in 1 & 5 gl buckets. Apply with brushes & paint roller from any hardwear.

Go to an RV dealer, or home supply store and ask for a product called Sno-Seal, it is a white flexible sealant for metal roofing,mobile homes, and RV's. You will have to roll it on it has the consistency of tar.
