place pinky fingers under tounge and streach bottom lip at the same time, blow really hard while moving your tounge around, depending on the shape of your mouth, teeth... you may have to manipulate your tounge so the sides go up, try to keep your jaw and cheeks relaxed, as they will become sore if you are stressing it to hard. I also found that you can push the tip of your tounge back with your fingers (essentially folding your tounge over itself) and while holding it in this possition it is amost impossible not to make some sort of whistle. wolf wistling or dog calling are simply manipulations of breath control while sticking your fingers in your mouth. lol. with a little practice holding your tounge in the folded position you will be wistling louder than you thought possible, and with a little more, picking up blondes and dogs.

well its easy but it takes time thoughh...it took nearly 1 year4 me

Loosely touch the tip of your bent index finger to the tip of your thumb.

Rest the bottom of your joined fingers (if you're using your right
hand, the thumb is to the right) on your lower teeth with the tips of
your loosely joined fingers pushing against the bottom part of your
tongue (which pushes back).

Your lips should be pressed down against your fingers. The joined
fingers make the "V" into which you blow (you should blow slightly
down).

It definitely makes a shrill sound that gets louder as you blow
harder. Of course, this method works best if your nails are short."

Having only two fingers should not in any way interfer with your ability to whistle---just pucker up and blow--you do know how to blow don't you ?? (sorry BOGEY I just couldn't let it slide by)

I've been trying to figure that out for 10 years of my 13 year old life and it's still a mystery to me.
