u have normal weight but if u want to lose i will help u.
1.walk or run about 3 to 4 miles a day
2.crunches about 5 sets (1 set = 10 crunches) per day
3.drink lots of water
4.try to eat fruits and vegetables not meat
5.swiming if available
and join gym if u want.

YOU DON"T NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT!

You are fifty-three kilos, that's a terrific weight. Get any thinner and you'll start to look unattractive. You get that stick-like look if you go under fifty kilos.

Plus, once you get under fifty, you have to eat practically nothing or you just go back up to your normal, HEALTHY, weight again. It's unsustainable.
