If you have any pot seeds that would be the way to go, it might slow traffic down some when harvest time came around. They do get to be big pretty plants though if they don't get picked all the time. I read a story once about a guy who did community service in California. He had to weed and clean those nice flower beds in the park. The places that had a sprinkler system. He made a real nice living for a few years. Well, I don't know that you can believe everything you read on the net but it was a funny story.
Sorry you got arrested. I pulled over once to pick some wildflowers here in Colorado, I wanted some seeds to grow in my yard. Some guy pulled up behind me and hollered at me to quit. I haven't done that since.
In answer to you seriously, plant some hay, that way the ranchers could bail it or graze cattle. Thanks for the question, Milissa.

Bluebonnets, so you could say "I beat the system, I went an pick buebonnets without any problems, sure I had some problems the first time , but afterwards none"

Seriously, I don't know, ... but you should really read this article:
http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/director_staff/public_information/pr032602.htm

SINCE MARCH 26,2002 IT IS NOT ILEGAL TO PICK THE STATE FLOWER OF TEXAS

"There are laws against damaging or destroying rights-of-way and government property - so pick a few flowers, but don't dig up clumps of them and don't drive your vehicle into the midst of them."
Copy from the URL above.
This should help you fix your record .... and good luck

Did you know that the tradition to plant wildflowers along the highways throughout Texas, was started by Lady Bird Jonhnson.

Obviously if Bluebonnets are involved, you must be in Texas.
Plant more Bluebonnet seeds to replace the ones that you have taken and you can also plant Indian Paint Brush... the red ones that were in and around those Bluebonnets!

Ask the community service people what kind of flowers they want you to plant. Next time you pick flowers make sure it is on your own property and that you are not trespassing on someone Else's property. It is illegal in several states to pick wild flowers on state property and in parks

You must live in Texas. I know it's a law here. Um, maybe you should plant more bluebonnets.

Plant some Magic Mushrooms, they are easy to grow and give you an amazing trip. You could also make loads of money to buy a new house after you burned your old one down.
