My Camry is 10 years old and has 160,000 mi on it. It's been a great car. Checked the oil and it didn't even show up on the dipstick. Changed the oil in MArch. No oil on garage floor, no smoke from burning oil. Where is it going? Time for a new car or can it be fixed. Where IS that oil going?

I agree the car is burning oil, at your next oil change you have a couple of options, you can purchase a oil called high millage oil. what this dose it should help the piston rings to swell and reduce the amount of oil being burned, the only right way to stop it is to have new rings a seal kit installed. Or you can put a heavier weight of oil in say 10w40 or even 20w50 but be care full because the heavier weight of oil you use the hotter the engine may run. hope this helps.

Try topping it up with oil and check it again in a week. Some dealers forget to top-up the extra litre required to fill the oil filter when the engine starts. Heres hoping its minor.

Good Luck

Take a look at some oil treatment products at your local auto parts store. One of them might work for fixing the problem.

Your car is burning oil. It is natural for cars to burn a little oil, even though you don't see the oil smoke.

If its not leaving a puddle...... its gotta be burning it, switch to a higher weight oil and see if it cuts the consumption some.....remember to check it often and use it till it gives up the ghost or trade it in/sell it.
