its not only doing situps, but you need basically zero fat (which is nearly impossible).

I remember during wrestling season, when we had to lose the most weight we would get our six packs, but when we would eat anything it would go away.

Do a variety of ab exercise with a ton of running (miles and miles). Oh and eat really light.

100 a night?? I think that's what i did and im a girl and i dont have a six pack but i do have abs.

aerobic activity like running, you first have to lose the fat around the stomach, then your abs will peek through, oh and lots of core exercises, not just sit-ups.
