why are the uk such prats?i cant stand the way they nose around asking why we call football football.why do they even care what we call OUR sports anyway?

it's because they're envious of the fact that we march to the beat of our own drummer instead of following the rest of the world like sheep. they think because the rest of the world follows that stupid, boring sport called soccer that we should go along and follow it too. it bothers the hell out of the rest of the world that they are all abuzz over the world cup while americans don't give a s**t about it.

Most of the world (even South America: futbol) call the proper football "football" except Canada and the US.

Nobody else plays American football (most play rugby), so I guess you can call it whatever you want.

Because the World Cup is starting and they were upset that our team ranked so high according to FIFA. So they have to find some disgusied way to complain. Very thinly veiled attempt to complain if you ask me.
