cold water before the stain dries, thoroghly rinse the stain out with cold water, if the stain is already dried a little, try some peroxide after the cold water rinse, if it has been washed & dried... i dont know, i have never been able to successfully completely remove one of those...

this is something I used - soak the underwear on cold water that has been salted with at least 4 tablespoons of salt overnight, then use your normal pre-wash stain remover and give the underwear a good rub before washing in cold water. Hot or warm water can help set the stain so try to avoid this if you possibly can.

If you can try to clean the stain before it dries. Handwash the underwear with any soap (preferably your laundry detergent) then hang them up to dry. When you go to put them in the laundry, make sure you dab a little more detergent on them before going into the washer.
If they are white, don't forget the bleach!
(Don't use that oxy clean junk. It sucks!)

Buy New ones!!! Well that's what I do. Everyone has an accident
once in a while. Other wise soak in cold water and use ERA to pre-treat stains. It works very well. If they are white use a Bleach pen. That also works well.

If they are solid white, you can pour a little club soda into the water. Or treat them with a stain stick for colors and wash as usual.
Bonus points if you manage to gross out your brother like I did once!!

If your underwear are white soak them in warm water and pour some bleach on them, then rub together. On colored undies use non-chlorine bleach or color safe bleach.

soak them in the sink with water and salt. I don't know why but the salt helps. Then wash them like normal.
